Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Oceanhills Auto Detailing strives to provide the highest quality of service. All sales of detailing services are considered final. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of management and must be requested in writing within 24 hours of service completion.

Oceanhills Auto Detailing shall not be held liable for, nor issue refunds related to, any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, water leaks, chips, stains, or wear. Prior to service, customers are encouraged to conduct a joint inspection of the vehicle with a representative of Oceanhills Auto Detailing.

By engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.
